Ordering

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you love, and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process, providing your shipping details and payment information.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. Choose the option that suits you best at checkout.

Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly to ensure swift delivery. Unfortunately, we're unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.

Shipping

We use USPS for all U.S. orders. Ground shipping for U.S. orders may take up to 5-10 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.In the footer, you can find an order status tracker to track your order, simply enter your order number to track your shipment. You may also check your order status in "My Account."

Returns + Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact RoseyIsle's customer service team at [info@roseyisle.com] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

RoseyIsle allows you to return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

After RoseyIsle receives and approves the returned item, they will process the exchange and promptly ship the new item to you.

Even if the item was a gift, you can still follow the return or exchange process by contacting RoseyIsle's customer service.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items.
